If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy to facilitate a hassle-free experience. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and shipping.

    Return Policy

    Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    1. Condition of the Item:
      • The item must be unworn and unwashed.
      • The item must not be a sale, clearance item, or limited edition.
      • The item must not be a bodysuit, swimwear, boxers, or socks.
      • The item must retain its original label and packaging.
    2. Timeframe for Returns:
      • The item must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items received after this period will not be eligible for a return.

    Return Process

    1. Initiating a Return:
      • All return requests must be sent to contactus@goldenwoodapparel.com with the order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (such as photos of the item, if applicable).
    2. Return Approval:
      • Once your return request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 5 business days.
    3. Returning the Item:
      • If approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item. All return shipping costs are to be handled by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    4. Condition Verification:
      • Upon receipt of the returned item at the designated return destination address, we will inspect the item to verify its condition.

    Refunds

    1. Refund Approval:
      • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
    2. Non-Refundable Fees:
      • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
    3. Partial Refunds:
      • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, items with missing parts, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

    General Shipping Information

    1. Shipping Locations:
      • We offer shipping to customers worldwide. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
      • Upon order confirmation, to prevent further complications regarding shipping, the customer’s shipping address cannot be changed. 
      • The customer must contact the delivery company in order to change the shipping address once an order has been shipped.
    2. Shipping Fees:
      • Free delivery is available for orders over $100 USD within the United States and Canada. For orders below this amount, standard shipping fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout. 
      • Ouside of North America, shipping will vary depending on the country, region, number of items purchased, and the total weight of the items. 
      • Goldenwood Apparel Inc. is not responsible for any customs/duties fees that may be charged to the customer.

    Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

    1. Processing Time:
      • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    2. Shipping Methods:
      • We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure the best possible delivery service. The carrier used will depend on the destination and the size of the order.
    3. Estimated Delivery Times:
      • Delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 business days for international orders. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

    Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

    1. Shipping Confirmation:
      • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
    2. Tracking Orders:
      • You can track your order by visiting the carrier’s website and entering the provided tracking number.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    1. Customs and Duties:
      • Goldenwood Apparel Inc. is not responsible for any customs and duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
    2. Tax Charges:
      • Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses within applicable states or countries as required by law.

    Damaged or Lost Items

    1. Damaged Items:
      • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contactus@goldenwoodapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will address the issue promptly.
    2. Lost Items:
      • If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
